Pauline took charge and quickly made all the arrangements necessary to empty out our family home of 70 years - 3 storeys plus a double garage packed full of stuff. She is an outstanding, capable and effective professional. Her contacts are all first quality and her level of dedication to get the job done within our urgent time frame was simply awe-inspiring to observe. She lifted the burden from our shoulders during a time of stress and sadness, and actually made the process fun too. Her sensitivity and kindness and confidence bolstered us all. She knew what she was doing at every level, from the auction houses to the organizers brought to our home, to the movers and junk removal workers. All worked hard to make it happen.
