Drenica Construction And Stucco Design

I am submitting this review out of frustration on not hearing back from Besart after multiple calls. He worked on our stucco facade a few years back and provided us with a 10 year warranty on his labor. This warranty is meaningless if he doesn't answer his phone when contacted or screens his call.
Very disappointed with after sales service, he was very responsive when we were awarding the project!
Beware ! You are on your own after the project gets completed.

Last-minute external stucco wall repairs were needed and Drenica promptly responded and did a professional job. And with great courtesy. Thanks to Besart.

This company is impeccable. So professional, from the quote to the project completion, Drenica was prompt, thorough and flexible. Drenica was efficient and worked with our preferences and ensured we were happy, with the moulding style, and the colour and the whole job. We are SO pleased with the Drenica work!

Besart was a pleasure to work with. He did amazing work on my home and completely transformed the look. It had some damage to the exterior of my stucco home. He fixed all of the damage and and went above and beyond with repairing any smaller damage he found along the way. There was slight water damage to the front of the house after he painted it, because of a roof leak. He painted the area again before he was done and once more after the roof repair people caused marks with their ladders.

He did an amazing job and we couldn't be happier. He was extremely respectful and pleasant to be around throughout the entirety of the job. His prices were very affordable, one of the lowest quotes I received. The other quote that was in his ballpark, did not seem like a trustworthy company. After seeing his homestar rating I decided to go with him and couldn't be happier. There were some other concrete work around the exterior of the house which he also did for me in addition to the original scope of the job.

People have stopped on the sidewalk to look at the house and admire his work! I can't recommend him enough!

Drenica Construction has worked on 2 projects at my house and they were referred by my neighbour. Besart came over and fixed the holes on both sides of my front porch steps which is the most practical approach and much less expensive compare with the other solutions recommended by another contractor. I really appreciate his service and quality of work. Top choice!

Absolutely fantastic job! Besart and his team knocked it out of the park far exceeding our expectations. They were on time, neat, conscientious, and everything turned out beautifully. Besart just completed the stucco for the front of our house. It looks fantastic! His work is of the highest professional quality. During the repair process, he found rotten wood and moldy insulation. He brought it to our attention and advised to replace them. He cares about his work for you and explains everything clearly. We had total confidence in him and were rewarded with a beautiful finished product, and at a very reasonable price. In our opinion, great value for the money. Several neighbours asked him if he would work on their house. A testament to his high quality work.

Drenica Construction & Stucco Design and Besart are truly outstanding.
We had some major issues with the moulding around the garage and
Besart evaluated the issues. He carefully pointed out to us that the roof over
the garage was not only leaking, but the wood was rotting and the metal
flushing was also leaking. As a result, the garage ceiling was caving down.
He was able to refer us to an excellent team of Roofers, who did the garage
roof, flushing, and enabled us to refurbish our iron rail. After that was done,
Besart and Drenica Construction and Stucco Design proceeded to do the Stucco
work which has done with excellence.
Besart also highlighted areas of wood rot, and replaced and painted these areas as well.
This company is honest, and very professional.
They have the customer's interest in mind and are meticulous in their work.
Besart and his team always start on time and are very respectful of their customers.
Our family are very appreciative of Drenica Construction and Stucco Design's work and
would like to honour Besart's efforts in ensuring the best is done for his customers.
