Terrible communication you have to nag to get service
We paid for a pool opening and had to call over and over to get the job completed. We complained three times. Tonight we were called back and basically lectured -- a monologue while my husband sat silently on the other end. Terrible service -- they still have not finished the job -- one more call to get the waterline scrubbed as promised or just forget about them? So upset by the careless treatment.

We were delighted to be able to open your pool and repair your broken chlorinator piece that was discovered at the time of opening for no additional cost and within the hour we noticed the issue. As noted in our Option A Pool Opening Package, we clean and remove your winter cover, re-install your deck equipment, connect all your pool equipment, and start your system. During the opening we noticed the broken part so we were unable to start your system immediately, but were pleased to have our technician back to your home within the hour to replace the part, and start your system.
In regards to the pool filter replacement service, there was miscommunication as to the exact service you required, but would be happy to replace these pieces that were ordered for you in store. Our fully trained team work tirelessly throughout the pool season to ensure our clients needs are met. We appreciate all customer feedback and work to continually improve our services.
