I built a legal basement unit previously. But with my busy schedule and other obligations, this time, I had to search for help from a contractor. I'm very happy that I chose the right one.

We had hard time designing 2 bedrooms in our Basement , But with his experience he guided us. Quality and material used were not bare Minimum they were good, even used quartz for our basement kitchen.

As a homeowner who had 4 separate quotes before the project start date, ALL above $30k, Singh Construction quoted and produced MORE. As a retired educator I am compelled to say that this company respected my needs, had the expertise to accommodate most of my wants, and in the end cut no corners in this project. The team was consistent, hard working, and attentive to making things right. I did not have to keep a watchful eye for fear of poor workmanship, in fact, the entire project began and ended in trust, professionalism, and satisfaction.

We hired Singh Renovations to renovate our two bathrooms and kitchen. From the start to the end, the experience was great. His estimate was very detailed and accurate and there were no cost overruns or unexpected surprises. Before the job began, Jugraj provided detailed material lists and was always available to answer questions on a very timely basis and while during the job, Jugraj always kept us up ⬆️ pdated on progress and went out of his way to protect the house and clean throughly at the end of each day. His communication is fantastic and he is so pleasant to deal with - very approachable and always open to discuss any questions/suggestions along the way.
