Most disrespectful movers I have ever met
I have never been treated so disgustingly and with such disrespect. The driver in charge of the move was so rude and insulting. They were not properly prepared for our apartment and said that they needed an extra mover, but made us pay for his 2 hour cab ride. The office admittedly avoided our phone calls, and when they did speak to us the man, Richard, told me that it was his day off and he didn't want to talk to me and that I should just shut my mouth and pay the movers. He also refused to let me speak to Daniella, the supposed manager. What kind of business speaks to customers like that? They then proceeded to turn their phone off completely.
Before they left our apartment they wanted to be paid for 50% of the job, but refused to accept a cheque or e-tansfer, even though the contract stated that they accepted both. The driver insisted on being paid in cash.
When they arrived at our new home the actual movers did a fine job, and they didn't end up charging us for the cab ride. HOWEVER, once we paid they just left! They didn't tell us they were done (which they weren't, there were still two beds that needed to be assembled and a China cabinet put in the basement) or even let us look in the truck to make sure all of our belongings were gone. When we called them to come back they we're extremely confrontational and the driver threatened to hit us. Their contract clearly states that full payment us due when 75% of the job is done, but they claimed that since we paid that was their indication to leave.
At the end of the day, I was called a racist, insulted and threatened . I am 6 months pregnant with twins and have never been so mistreated. I would NEVER recommend this company to anybody. Save yourself the heartache. It still cost us $500 and we had to call the police twice to calm down the driver. The office was so rude and unhelpful. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Customer threaten a bad review if we didn't reduce the cost.. No company accepts personal cheques.. Customer paid until 3pm but wanted crew to continue working without being paid for our time.. Out of 30 reviews we have 3 bad reviews.. We moves exotic cars, houses, we take care of long distance moves rarely having complaints and rarely damaging anything.. Customer had to borrow money in order to pay there bill.. The argument and the bad review is due to the fact that customer didn't have the money...
