Highly recommend Jeff, he is so knowledgeable, prompt, kind, respectful a true professional. He responded to all of our questions and explained everything that needed to be done. He provided us with pictures of the entire job from start to finish. We asked him to look at another skylight, he said it didnt need to be replaced; we really appreciated his honesty. Jeff at Moore Skylights replaced our old leaking skylight with a new VELUX unit. From my initial call, I new that Jeff new what he was talking about. He replaced our skylight in the exact time he said it would take, cleaned up the site, and showed us pictures of the process. I will for sure recommend Moore Skylights to friends and family. I wish more contractors were as skilled in their craft as Jeff is in his.

Jeff recently replaced a leaking builder grade acrylic dome skylight in one of the principal bathrooms. He clearly takes pride in his work and delivers not only on his workmanship and product but also on his professionalism and customer service. He took the time to educate us over the phone and in person on what the problem was and what was needed to resolve it. He returned all calls and messages promptly, was punctual on the day of service and made sure he lay drop cloths, returning the room in spotless condition. We were planning to wait to replace the skylight in our kitchen when we were going to redo our kitchen in the new year. The skylight had different plans for us. After a rainfall, the skylight would leak a few times, and then we noticed a crack. This needed to be fixed sooner and we did a Homestars search and came upon Moore Skylights.

I had been looking for someone to replace our skylight for awhile and randomly met Jeff in the parking lot of our local Tim Horton's when I saw his truck and asked for a card! A few urgent renos (and COVID years) later, I called Jeff and he was just as friendly as when we first met! Gave us a quick quote and ordered the skylight same day...called us as soon as we returned from vacation to arrange installation...seamlessly removed the old skylight and supports and replaced everything with new in a few hours with zero mess or fuss just in time for a rainstorm the next day! Jeff honestly exceeded our expectations on every level! Thank you so much!!

I needed my skylight replaced and am so glad I found Moore Skylights. Jeff (the owner) was personable, knowledgeable and professional. He gave a free estimate (one of his competitors charged me $50!), he completed the work himself (the other company sent me a subcontractor who did not seem to have any experience with skylight replacements), and best of all, he provided quality workmanship at a great price (a fraction of cost the other company quoted). The work was done quickly and efficiently, and I now have a properly fitted and sealed skylight.
