My selection for an old 4 x 4 skylight replacement was narrowed down to two installers. After considering my discussions with both installers, I decided to go with Moore Skylights. The schedule was exactly as planned based on the lead time for the materials and weather condition. Jeff started the installation early in the morning and completed before noon.
The job was quick and clean as if he was never there. I will confidently recommend to anyone.

Jeff Moore provided great advice, good options, and excellent service. I contacted five companies to try to get some advice and quotes - only 2 companies responded to my request - Moore Skylights was the only company that actually called me and setup an appointment. (the other company replied that they would be in touch ASAP and I still havent heard from them).
I thought I knew what I wanted but after Jeff came and reviewed my situation, we came up with a different solution (at less cost than my original thought). Jeff installed two sun tunnels today. I am thrilled with the end result. Jeff arrived promptly, kept me informed during the process and totally cleaned up the job site when he was finished.
While he was on the roof, he inspected my shingles and took pictures and gave me some advice about the condition of my roof.

I had an old and leaky deck mount skylight replaced by Jeff. When I first contacted him in March, he was very upfront of how it wasn't the ideal time to install a skylight due to to cold temperatures. He was very honest, open, and informative. I learnt alot from him (way more than Google) in our short 10 minute conversation.

In May when the weather was better, there was only one person I was willing to go with. He came and gave me his suggestions and explained the logic behind everything. He explained the process so I wasn't left clueless.

The install was quick and clean. My whole family loves the new skylight.

Jeff is a very professional contractor in every which way. Communicates well, says what he does and does what he says. Was there on the dot on the day of the install, replaced the skylights within a few hours, and everything was clean after he was done. Would definitively use him again and would recommend him without any hesitation to my friends and family.

We contacted Moore Skylights on recommendation of a neighbour who swore by his service, work, and professionalism. From the first call Jeff was excellent in communication, timeliness, work, and professionalism. He said it best, "I do one thing, and do it well", which I can only agree 100%.

From the initial quote, ordering, delivery, and work completion was about a month. Right up to installation day Jeff was in regular communication regarding weather and scheduling. We had two skylights replaced which took about 4 hours. Jeff protected the work area, did a full clean-up, removal of garbage, and took photos to show his work. We had the photos and warranty emailed within hours of completion.

Overall, this was an excellent experience, we would use Moore Skylight services again, and I highly recommend him.

Jeff may sound older on the phone than he appears but it's not his voice it's his mannerisms. Very thorough and neat. In a day where it's hard to find people who take pride in their work, having Jeff do the work renewed my faith that some still do.

Jeff was very responsive and professional. He gave me very detailed descriptions of the work that he performed. He arrived on schedule and completed the work ahead of time. The work area was cleaned up afterwards. The finished product looks great. Overall, it was an excellent experience.
