Our freezer broke in our fridge. Being a hot summer day we needed someone to come quickly. Max was our man! He came and quickly explained the problem. He had to patiently melted the over frozen freezer then fixed the part. He was upfront about the cost and did it in a fair amount of time. We will keep his number handy. I would recommend this kind, patient man. Thank you Max!

The drain pump on our 8 year old LG washer failed. We contacted Top Tech through HomeStars. They responded promptly to our inquiry and Max arrived at our place with a replacement pump the following morning. He examined the washer, confirmed that the pump had failed and provided a firm quote for its replacement. Max was knowledgeable and efficient in his work. He maintained our laundry area clean and dry, and he completed the required tasks in just over an our. We would use Top Tech again for any future appliance service needs.

Fridge LCD screen was not working and the fridge was not cooling (only 5 years old stainless steel and looks brand new) . Called the manufacturer who sent a local technician that they contract the work out to, but he couldn't figure out the problem and charged me good amount of money just to tell me to buy a new fridge. Then I looked up Max from Top Tech Appliances. Read some of the 10 star reviews (almost all the reviews are 10 stars) and called him up. He came over and diagnosed the problem. He determined which part to order (control board) and promptly installed it within 20 minutes of the second visit with the control board. My fridge is finally working again. Thank you so much Max. Max is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. The price he charges is very reasonable and I would highly recommend Max to all my friends and family. The next time something electronic or mechanical breaks down, I'm definitely calling Max!

So, I got a call last night from my tenant, letting me know the fridge all of sudden stopped working. Called in the morning few companies, and how did I choose? well by the reviews of other people, once you read it, you have a pretty good idea if you want to make the call, so first company-"please leave your message" I did, but couldn't wait, second one, although had good review told me he was fully booked for the next four days, this wasn't gonna help me either, so I called Top Tech appliances, Max answered immediately, was willing to get over as soon as someone would open the door for him, he was friendly and by his voice I knew I could count on him, and I was right!! He went to the house, detected the problem, gave me a quote, once he got my OK , he did the job and so way less than 24 hours after the call of my tenant, they had a smooth working fridge. Max trusted me to pay him, never met him, but definitely keeping his phone number for any future appliances issues. Thank you Max, you solved the problem and save me time and troubles!!:)

I was referred to Top Tech Appliances by another repair company who weren't able to do the repair to my freezer. I was happy with the work that they did, the guy was very efficient. I would definitely use this company again!

I work for a property management company and our rental division regularly use Top Tech Appliances. In this case though, my own washing machine needed repairing. I called them up on the Sunday and they arrived on the Monday with the necessary parts with them for the repair. They were very punctual and incredibly efficient, the job was done in less than an hour! Definitely recommended!

I have known Max for many years, he has done jobs for me when he was working for a previous company. The original job was to repair my dryer but whilst he was there, I asked him to replace a gasketon my stove, which he fixed after leaving to collect the right part. Max is very knowledgeable and his service is tidy and efficient. However, his return or second service call if you like, was an additional $60 on top of the original $150 for the first service call and only took about 5 min to complete. Max is good, but expensive.

I've used this company on a few occasions now. This time they repaired my dishwasher as it fell within my warranty. An efficient service. Would recommend this company to others.

John from Top Tech Appliances Ltd has worked for us on a number of occasions and he has always been reliably on time. The quality of his work is excellent and he has been careful to protect floors and other surfaces, e.g. where he lays his tools. He removes all of the packing materials and trash and makes certain the area where he worked is completely clean of any debris.
