Poor and unprofessional customer service.
After a long delay from point of signing the contract to an unacceptable completion of work, dealing with this company was less than satisfactory. Many emails to the company during construction of the fence went unanswered. There were issues with the work being done that were not addressed which led to bigger problems.
No one from the company went over the final inspection with us. There remains unresolved issues with the construction of the fence. I really do not understand how there can be such glowing reviews of this company.
