First Class Fencing

They did an excellent job of replacing our old fence with a beautiful and study product. The yard is so much more secure and attractive. I would strongly recommend that you use them.

I called two fencing companies who would not do small jobs and found this company on the internet. The estimator, Matt, who came to my house, was professional and pleasant.
The job, when finally done, was beautiful. Andy constructed the fence exactly how I wanted it. He asked where to put the dirt from the post holes and used a my wheel barrow to cart it to a designated place. All others packaging was carted away. I was completely satisfied with the finished product and Andy's professionalism. Communication could have been better at higher levels but work on the ground was excellent.

I needed my chain link fence replaced. I was very pleased with the fast response. The quote was about what Iexpected and I am very pleased with the finished product.

After a long delay from point of signing the contract to an unacceptable completion of work, dealing with this company was less than satisfactory. Many emails to the company during construction of the fence went unanswered. There were issues with the work being done that were not addressed which led to bigger problems.
No one from the company went over the final inspection with us. There remains unresolved issues with the construction of the fence. I really do not understand how there can be such glowing reviews of this company.

We chose First Class Fencing to demolish our old side and rear fences, dispose of the old ones and build new fences. We expected two men
would do the job. One man arrived and he turned out to be a one man
gang. His name is James. He has work ethic that is off the charts. He
worked tirelessly through almost constant rain and basically he
completed the project apart from clean-up etc., on the second day
after putting in a twelve hour day.

We can not speak highly enough of James. He is a very personable man,
is polite and courteous and without doubt is a shining start in your
company.

We thank James very much, and would also like to thank Tyler, our
salesman, and Jared, the project manager. We were kept informed
throughout.

We certainly highly recommend First Class Fencing and their First Class
Staff.

Henry our sales guy and Jarrod our planner/ project manager were absolutely great to work with. They both made sure that things proceeded as required. Jarred and Jeff, the installation crew were fantastic. They spent at least 10-11 hours each day getting the project completed and were great to work with.

Great job. The crew was friendly and neat, and solved a couple of unforseen issues with tree stumps and a concrete walkway that crossed over the property line. Fence looks solid.

Much thanks to Tyler and Henry for their work to build a fence in between the tress in our backyard two years ago. It’s been that long, and true to their word, the fence is as straight as can be expected between the trees, and has withstood digging work by the utility company who has right of way right next to the fence. The neighbours are also happy that the fence is not the absolute shut-out-the-world approach. We tried a couple of other local companies for a quote, and basically were told that building the fence in segments in between the mature trees, about 10 feet apart, could not be done. They were so wrong. Assuming Tyler is still in charge, I would recommend First Class Fencing any time.
