I think that the monthly payments are expensive.
I was paying almost half that price in Unionville.
The customer service representative was very friendly and explained everything to me and I didn't realize that being the tenant in this home I was liable for the charge.
I have now paid the outstanding bill on my Visa card and in future my water heater will be charged on my Enbridge Gas bill.
