Had them for windows first year- did a decent job- this year were supposed to come for Lawn - never showed and no follow up. Then they came and gave quote of 135 to do gutters. Never showed up for 1st appointment and I had to call them. They arranged another appt. Crew showed up said they couldn't clean since water in gutters. suggested I clean some of the downspouts so they could come back. I complained, Sales manager said they would make right and send best crew back and do job at no cost. I wasn't worried about that but appreciated effort. Then day before crew was set to come back - get a call from Danielle who says they can't even do the job for 135 they quoted and basically that was it. Other than he was rude on the phone and didn't appreciate customer service. Would never recommend this company. Ron was great and I was looking forward after paying about 400 for windows, to supporting this new young company also with gutters but never again. When I told Danielle I would be placing a review on HOMESTARS - he said, all he had to do was call homestars tell them it was a fake review and they would remove it. I have appt calendars, taped phone calls -all which prove it is not FAKE review. So NEVER SHOWED UP FOR LAWN, QUOTED GUTTERS, MISSED APPT FOR GUTTERS, CREW SHOWED UP - didn't want to do anything that seemed difficult to them (like taking pine needles out of downspouts to actually allow water to flow). New appt booked, couldn't show up, then owner calls and not only reneges on customer service offer but also original quoted price. Don't waste your time. - Sad but true.

They came in and flew through the job. The biggest thing for me was the window sills and getting them clean. There was still diet in all the corners that I could easily get at with my finger. Asked them to fix it twice and it got a bit better but was not the quality job I was sold. There was dirt left on my dresser and floor. They never cleaned up after themselves. Would not recommend.

Hired them to clean out my Gutters (two story home). They completed the work on the first floor only. Two small gutters that could be seen by home owner were done, nothing else. Could clearly see that the upper level not done, had to climb up on the first floor and check myself. Would NEVER have them back.
Update: The Owner (Ron) called me after reading this review and swore they would make it better, came back worked AGAIN, and still did not finish (missed an entire side of the house). Called and re-booked at least 6 times. Hopeless, re-booked appointments so I could be there to review work. Never showed up. Hopeless.

While I was not initially completely satisfied with the service I received, I was impressed with the fact that the company was willing to rectify the situation and make things right and insure that I was completely satisfied in the end.

We always use the same company to clean our windows but decided to go with GTA when they were going door to door. We were promised professionals with 15+ years experience but we got 2 young adults in their 20s. The Windows look worse now then they did before they began. They are so streaky and embarrassing. I hope they try to come back again next year. Would never recommend this company!

Pleasant experience from start to finish. From sales guy at the door, the confirmation of date, to completion of job. And I've not noticed any problems with the cleaning job.

The only issues: 1) they forgot to do my 2 garage windows, and a small oval window above the front door. But it is over the portico so more difficult to get to.
And 2) It would be helpful to ring the doorbell to let you know they are here and about to start. We were a bit startled when we heard the work begin. But not a big deal.
Otherwise I would have given full marks.
Oh, and I read another review and they said they cleaned the front door- so I just checked. I don't really think they did, but I wasn't expecting them to.

We decided to have our windows cleaned, when the window cleaner arrived, she was so polite (Lyndsay) and our windowslooked terrific. The only problem we had was that the young man who canvased our area, for got to tell the window cleanersthat both sides of our house had slopes going up to the back, which meant she didn't have the correct ladder to do themand had to return the following day. I will get the windows done next year as long as Lyndsay does them, she is so efficientand has a great personality.

The secretary was very bubbly and outgoing so helpful arranging a new date for me. The cleaning crew came on time they were friendly and courteous. The job was done with care I would definitely hire them back again.

GTA Window Cleaners did an amazing job on my house. They were on time and efficient. In addition to the spotless windows that my house was left with, the customer service was fantastic.
