Burly Boyz Moving & Storage

We moved from Edmonton to GTA. The movers were very professional. They packed all furniture and moved all boxes with great ease. The movers who dropped off the items in Brampton were extremely professional as well. They stacked up items efficiently.

I haven't opened the boxes as yet. So, I'm not sure how the itmes in the boxes came through. I will edit the comment once my move is complete.

The only issue I had with their insurance plan is that it's not useful if your damage isn't big enough. I paid $300 for insurance. One of my wall shelves arrived broken but they asked me to pay $200 deductible to cover for it. The shelf itself costs $60. Why would I pay $200 deductible? So, I couldn't avail insurance.

My centre piece and side table arrived without the foot cushions that we had for them.

I recommend them because they didn't cause any damage to the property they moved the stuff from. In fact, I had a huge hydraulic bed frame that is almost impossible to move but they moved that without causing damages.

I'm happy with how communicative Dawn(the expeditor) was.

Great company! Professional and honest with quotation. They were able to accommodate my move date on short notice and the moving crew took the time and care to pack and unpack my belongings. Able to fit all of my items into storage unit with maximum space utilized. Would highly recommend them to my other neighbours who are moving!

Friendly and efficient staff. The delivery was slightly delayed but overall it was a wonderful experience. The office as well as support staff were all professional and customer friendly. The crew knew their job well and accomplished it in a reasonable time. Some items were slightly damaged like minor scratches on chairs. The crew hit our ceiling near stairs but it was a minor damage. No complaints.

I would recommend Burly Boyz to anyone. They showed up on time, and with a big enough truck for everything. It was clear the guys knew what they were doing. All my furniture, electronics were carefully wrapped and protected. The were efficient at getting items out and being loaded into the new place. The guys were very friendly, even tightened a loose screw on my tv stand to ensure it was protected while moving. I was very happy with this company and would Recommend them to anyone.

Moving from apartment to a house. They did a great job with helping us to make a move! They protected well our stuff. Moving went nice and smooth. We made few changes on the go and they didn't mind at all. Nice friendly guys too. Recommending definitely.

I recently used Burly Boyz for 2 moves, one of which was from two locations. Booking with Liz was great, and the movers (Mishael) were great. Everyone I dealt with at Burly Boyz was very professional and personable, which made the moves much less stressful. I would highly recommend them.

Mishael and his team were incredible. They were on-time, very polite and professional, very careful with fragile items, and best of all, very fast. All items that needed to be taken apart were reassembled perfectly. They made the move to my new home seamless. Will definitely use Burly Boyz again.
