Our project was plumbing from bathroom to a guest room. I am very satisfied. They were very quick and efficient. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber.

Pavlo came highly recommended from a friend and he and his team did not disappoint. They were very careful when taking apart my basement floor and kept everything tidy at the end of the day after excavating and repairing the stack pipe. They were extremely professional and knew exactly what the problem was from the start. They replaced a cast iron stack pipe in the floor and installed a new sump pump and then repaired the concrete floor in just 2 days. I now have a working bathroom and will have a dry basement floor! We had a drain sewer backup, and they were out that night to clear it. They were back promptly to install a backwater valve as well. They were also very helpful in filling in the claim with the city of Toronto's subsidy program.

We had a crushed and blocked drainpipe backing up an entire line of units in an apartment building and flooding the bottom unit. Drain 1 came out at 8 p.m. with all the tools and materials required to dig up the floor of the lowest unit, find and replace the pipe, and reconnect the water. They stayed until the wee hours of the morning until the job was done with their boss on the phone monitoring every step.
We were very impressed with this level of service and highly recommend Drain 1 for any drain or plumbing needs.
