Drain 1 Plumbers provided top-notch service. The team was professional, efficient, and respectful of my property. They solved a long-standing drainage issue that other companies couldnt fix.

I had an intermittent sewage smell from upstairs toilet 6 months after a remodel. I contacted Drain1 on HomeStars and the response was almost immediate. Arranged for them to come in and they called ahead of time when they said they would and arrived when they said they would. I explained the history and issue to Pavlo who went right to work, found the issue, fixed it and even did some fine tuning of the toilet so it flushed better. Pavlo is obviously a skilled, experienced plumber who cares about his work and his customers. Great job Drain1!!!!! Thank you.

I have used Drain 1 before and called them again without hesitation to repair a bathroom leak which could have caused thousands in repair costs. Pavlo and his team promptly diagnosed and fixed the issue and made the effort to properly troubleshoot the problem so that the likelyhood of it happening again was minimal. I would definitely recommend for all plumbing jobs big and small.

While at my daughter's house, I saw that there was water on her bathroom floor and had no idea where it was coming from. I called Drain 1 because of their online reputation and they immediately sent Yaro to diagnose the issue free of charge. He was able to quickly figure out the problem, had the parts in his van, and fixed it. By the time my daughter came home, all was under control and she happily paid the repair fee. Now that we have Yaro's business card, he will be our "go to" plumber.

Drain 1 did an amazing job! We upgraded our water line from lead, added a backwater valve and installled a sump pump, pluse some extra basement plumbing work, over two days. The crew were very hard working to dig down to the line quickly, did a quality install job. and explained what they were doing. They also coordinated with the city for rebates so I did not have to apply and got a few K back. I got quotes from 2 other companies who were more money . Drain 1 was also able to complete the new line without damaging our deck or garden. I will use them again to complete other plumbing needs in our house.

Pavlo and his team are extremely competent and professional. I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking for a plumber who knows what they're doing.
