I have used Drain 1 before and called them again without hesitation to repair a bathroom leak which could have caused thousands in repair costs. Pavlo and his team promptly diagnosed and fixed the issue and made the effort to properly troubleshoot the problem so that the likelyhood of it happening again was minimal. I would definitely recommend for all plumbing jobs big and small.

Given the layout of our laundry room, a dryer vent install was somewhat challenging. Ashraf listened carefully to what we wanted and was able to work around some installation challenges to achieve a perfect installation. He was also able to cleanly install additional natural gas supply lines for a new gas dryer and outdoor BBQ.

Very satisfied with prompt service when we had a backed up sewer line. Work started and was completed within 48 hours and they even helped me with speaking with the city to help speed up the process. Crew was friendly and efficient and Ammadeus even helped with the paperwork for the permit and rebate in dealing with the city. Would definitely recommend.
