When my husband and I bought a new home last year, i wanted to take my newly purchased Bosch dishwasher and professional grade Dacor Gas stove with me and exchange for the appliances (Electrolux) that came with the new house. we also needed a garburator at the new house.

i happened upon Capstone Appliance Installation and was absolutely delighted with the service, research and installation which went off without a hitch. unbeknownst to me i would require two gas permits - one for disconnecting our existing gas stove at our previous house and one to disconnect and re-connect it in the new house. this involved using some movers as well. all this was carefully orchestrated by Brodie's wife Carol Anne who arranged for Small Moves to do the moving itself. Brodie is a consummate professional - careful not to mark our hardwood floors, zap strapped the cables, even suggested what i should get for a garbuerator and installed that too. I am so glad we found them and would recommend them to anyone looking for appliance installation.

Fabulous experience!

We hired Capstone to install a dishwasher we purchased from Lowe's and remove the old one. On very short notice they were able to give us an install, and Brodie showed up right on time. Everything was great - until we opened the dishwasher. It had a huge dent in it hidden by the insulation!

Brodie's attention to detail and careful inspection saved us from a huge disaster! We got a replacement from Lowe's, and Brodie was able to come back again to finish the job ASAP with no questions asked.

Altogether, a wonderful experience; Brodie and Carol Ann are consummate professionals and also very nice people to boot. Highly recommended.

My new dishwasher arrived today and was installed by Brodie from Capstone Install. Brodie arrived as scheduled and did an excellent job from start to finish including installation and instruction. He was friendly, neat and tidy!

Needed to get an over-the-sink microwave replaced, Brodie did a great job, arrived right on time and had the old unit out and the new unit professionally mounted in just under an hour.

I was very happy with the communication with this company - it can be very difficult int the GVRD to even get contractors to return your calls, much less show up, especially for small jobs like this, and I got in contact to Capstone on my first try and had good phone followups afterwards to confirm timing and location. Would absolutely use again.

They offered to purchase the insinkerator for me to ensure the right product was purchased and it helped save my time. Good rates and very efficient and timely. It was great to have Brodie and Carol doing the installation for my new appliances. I found them on google and saw many excellent reviews about their service so I decided to call to get a quotation. Carol was very helpful and patient to answer all my questions. I booked my installation right away without any doubts. On the day of installation, Brodie came in the morning to disconnect the old gas range and microwave; then he came back few hours later to install the new ones. He is very professional and knowledgeable. The installation was done quickly and my new gas range and microwave are working perfectly. Also the installation fee is very reasonable compared to other quotes that I obtained. I will definitely recommend Brodie and Carol to my family and friends!
