Found hot water tank broken on Sunday, Tyler came on same day and replaced/upgraded to a tankless water heater. Fast responsive service with a great customer focused attitude.

Tyler was professional, efficient and a real gentleman. The job was done on fairly short notice at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend this company.

Our furnace stopped working during a particularly cold time and, with 2 small children, we needed someone to come as soon as possible. Tyler was able to come sooner than anyone we contacted (we called many companies), and was very reasonably priced. He was able to work within our budget and was very quick at finishing the job. His customer service was top notch as well - he was fine with our dog being around and very friendly with our children, interacting with them and allowing them to take a peek at what he was doing. Great work.

After a year we found out the furnace was installed incorrectly. Had to get another company to come in and completely re-do 5he duct work plus add a pump to the exhaust line. Would not recommend

Had a problem with my electric water tank on a Saturday afternoon and was in a rush to have the matter resolved. I purchased a new tank at home depot and started called around looking for someone who could install and dispose of the old tank but found out not every plumber was able take away old one. Luckily I found Tyler on homestars, and the quote he gave me was very competitive to the others I had called. Tyler's punctuality was a good first impression on my wife and I. While we watched him do the installation Tyler gave us useful information of what was the cause of our water tank breaking and he was patient in answering all the questions and concerns we had. The pipes didn't line up properly to the new water tank, so Tyler had to take apart, cut, and realigned the pipes to fit properly. When the installation was completed there was no hidden charges for the extra work that had to be done and I was very satisfied. Any future plumbing issues I will most defineately use Heatworks Plumbing and Gas again.

Garburator and HRV stopped working over the holidays. I received a quick response from Heatworks and he arrived promptly at the scheduled time. The garburator was quickly replaced and the HRV fan repaired. Very happy with the service and the cost.

A day ago my garburator broke down and I was looking for a reliable and reasonable company that will help me out . The service was very good as I did not have to buy any parts; a bnib garburator was installed and Tyler did a great job. The price was reasonable and he was able to provide a quick estimate over the phone. I also found out that other companies will charge three times the amount he charge me for the same job. Thanks for coming quick and do a great job .
