Mr. Allen Johnson found it to be very important to bring our ratings down by giving us a 0 out of 10. Allen Johnson claims that he has been a customer of Tav Pools for 3 years, yet we are having difficulty finding his name in any of our water testing, openings, closings or any of our services that we offer. We keep customers' names, address, and phone number and this information gets recorded on all sales slips and service invoices. We have a customer data base of over 5000 customers that frequent our store and it seems strange that Allen Johnson's name does not show up in any part of our business. Being a customer for 3 years, one would think that some sort of purchase would have occurred. We would hope that if Tav Pools dropped the ball for any reason (which could very well happen), that a 3 year customer would bring it to our attention so we can make sure a loyal customer of 3 years would get our undivided attention. It was important enough for Allen Johnson to write this false review but....not important enough to bring it to our attention in person to fix what was terribly done wrong to Allen Johnson. I'm sure people are now reading between the lines and have figured out how this particular website is just for this kind of nonsense. Homestars are not interested in monitoring this website at all by checking for paperwork to substantiate any claims made, but they are very quick to call and ask us to advertise with them. We have called on many occasions to tell them about the slanderous nonsense against our business on their
website but they still do nothing.

High pressure sales / Poor Customer Service
We at Tav Pools have top of the line products and equipment and our sales staff do an excellent job at sales as that is their job (SALES staff). Come visit us at Tav Pools and Water Kingdom.
All customers are told what is involved with a pool opening upon booking, so let's not pretend we didn't know what was involved. We arrived at 6.30pm and left at 9pm. so this customer saying we were there 30 minutes is an absolute lie. This customers complaint should be with whomever closed her pool as the beaded winter cover was duct taped to the pool walls instead of being put into track on pool wall, and someone put ceramic floor tiles around pool to hold winter cover in place. When we arrived to remove the cover, that was impossible as it was in the bottom of pool and therefore it had to be pulled out. This customer is ranting all over the internet and slandering our business (which is against the law) because she is looking for a way to get her pool opening for free. As far as her DE filter, we will not re assemble equipment that someone else has dismantled for unknown reasons. This customer should have called other pool companies who would be very quick to tell her exactly the same thing we have. We have spent much too much time explaining how to operate a pool to this customer and she just keeps saying over and over again "when are you coming to finish opening my pool?" We provided a pool opening service and did an excellent job and gave over 2 hours of advise which she isn't interested in. We pride ourselves on great service and will not allow ANYONE to slander our business with this complete nonsense.
