The gentlemen that came to do my floors were very professional and explained exactly what they were going to do as well as the process. They did a small section to let me see what it would look like when they were done, it looked great and they proceeded to complete the job. It has been almost 2 months since they did my floors and they look as great as when they first finished. I highly recommend this company.
