Cobalt Developments

We have just finished developing our basement with Greg and Cobalt Developments. Greg was a pleasure to work with. He was very responsive to questions and emails, very friendly and eager to help. He accommodated a number of requests. The project was done on time and budget (with us adding a few options on as we went along). We are very satisfied with the final product, and would have no hesitation recommending Cobalt for a basement development or other similar work.

We initially hired Cobalt to develop our basement because of the good price and the fact that they were the only one to guarantee the work to be done within 8 weeks. Communication about planning and progress were excellent and the end result was a very nice basement, done within 7 weeks. Perfect service for a very good price!!
