Better General Appliance Service

My oven wasn't heating up. The repairman arrived before 8am, diagnosed the problem within 10 minutes as being the element. Said he would check if he had one in stock, and would let me know. He called within half an hour, said he had one and came back in half an hour to replace the element.

Roy replaced our burned heater. He was very professional, clear and friendly. He also informed me that we were lucky dryer broke down. Otherwise, a fire could have ensued.

Oven would not heat but all other functions worked. After testing for problem, element was replaced. Work was done quickly and efficiently.

Roy arrived promptly the day after we called. He quickly assessed the problems with the stove and the refrigerator. He advised us how to fix the stove on our own and provided a quote for repairing the refrigerator (with a significant seniors discount) which was more than reasonable. We contacted Roy after reading the strong reviews here on homestars. The stove was just outside of warranty and stopped heating up. Roy was able to isolate the issue quickly but it was the main control board. After contacting the manufacturer, they agreed so send the replacement part.

It arrived a few days later and I contacted Roy via text, and he was on site replacing the board in an hour. It was the control board and the stove is now working - thanks for the great customer service.
