Got their number from Kijiji. I called them for a non-working AC and the guy named Ali ended up telling us to replace the furnace unit. Upon asking what is wrong with the AC no clear answers were given to us. Their recommendation was to replace the furnace unit and that's it. Very unprofessional behaviour. At this point we wanted the guys to just restore original state of furnace unit (connect whatever wires were disconnected by them and put ecru thing back as it was), charge us their fees and leave. We had our doubts that they just want to sell us a new product anyhow. But he would deny to put everything back as it was saying it is unsafe and blah blah. We had to argue a lot to make them do what they were supposed to do. All that was expected from them was to advise us professionally and leave the decision to the house owner. Sadly that did not happen. Not at all happy. Stay away from these guys.

I found these guys on kijiji and they came over for ac repair, it wasn't cooling. The technician told me it would cost $370 to get it working again. After the work was done I didn't see any change in the cooling, so I called them back at which point he tells me that its the AC and that's the best it could do. I specifically asked him before getting the work done that this would fix it and now he wanted another $400 and wasn't sure if that would fix the problem as well. I would suggest stay away from these guys, they don't know what they are doing.

Our furnace stopped working right in the middle of winter in ending 2014. We called a reputed company to check. They inspected and issued a red tag to the furnace. They capped natural gas line that serves the furnace and asked for the replacement of the furnace. They presented a costly quote to replace the furnace. We searched around and found Curative as a referral by one of our friends. We called Curative and they showed right away on Friday evening and provided a cost effective and a professional solution. I was expecting a replacement on Monday but Curative replaced new furnace very next day that was Saturday as they had new furnaces in stock. The technicians were extremely ethical and professional. They showed me different modifications that they had to do to improve the performance of my new furnace and existing A.C. Before we had some issues of poor heating and cooling and higher natural gas consumption. However, everything had been properly done and we found our house absolutely great in heating and cooling. I also want to mention their topnotch customer care. They called after week to get my feedback which is amazing. Not only this, but they sent me a beautiful gift calendar in the beginning of 2015. I must highly recommend Curative Heating & Cooling Inc. to anyone who is looking a real professional service and a cost effective solution. I have written this review because these people deserve to be promoted.

Our motor for the furnace seized. it would have cost a lot for a motor. Curative had a refurbished motor for half the cost and work perfectly. Service was provided instantly, very fast. Very recommended.

I was referred by someone for Curative and heard many good comments about them. So, i decided to go ahead with them to install my A.C and perform the D/C Package. I would say their service is very professional and they are very well time managed and provide an excellent customer service even after the work done. I received a top notch service with exceptional quality equipment on competitive pricing. I would definitely recommend Curative for anyone looking to get their HVAC services.

Curative; I found their number on the internet and called them to get an estimation to do duct cleaning. Over the phone, he estimate it to be 200$ for a 3500 sq ft house and he said that it will take about two hours to complete the job.

When he came to the house the first thing he asked me was how much the house was worth. I told them the estimation prize of the house, and then he increased the prize to $450 and told me that if this was another company they would have charged more such as Sears. I gave the money because they came to my house already.

After that I asked round and found out that I could have done the same thing with a better price.My advised if they said a prize over the phone, do not believe them!!!!!!
