I called this company because my furnace was not working and the cost for diagnostic was only 50 dollars

They came and looked at the furnace and stated that it would cost approx 400 to 500 to fix

I contacted another person to get a second opinion and
they fixed the furnace without changing a part they cleaned it up and charged 130 dollars

My heat was restored

I saved 400 dollars

Beware of this company

Ali and Syed showed up on Sunday night (no weekend premium) to repair my furnace back to excellent working condition. But what impressed me more was the fact that they weren't interested in selling me stuff but in making sure i understand my own furnace. They gave me a ton of advice and tips in addition to cleaning the dust and clog in the air duct in and out of the furnace. Very courteous, professional, honest and knows what he's doing. Would continue to use them again for my HVAC needs and recommend them to anyone.

Today we contacted this company as our furnace broke down in this cool weather. Within a very short time they came to check the situation out as it is going to be a cool evening and we needed heat. They assessed the furnace, and determined the work that needed to be done. A reasonable quote was given by them, explanations were then given to us both verbally and visually to enable us to see the problems and to ensure us of the need for the necessary repair. They were concerned for the final outcome as they were concerned there may be an additional problem elsewhere beyond the replacement part but wanted to spare us the additional cost if the furnace could be repaired properly with the initial diagnosis. It was. And not only did they repair it efficiently, they further cleaned the furnace as it was in a need of it as it hadn't been done for quite a while, and then they proceeded to repair the humidifier for us as well on their own time when they saw it wasn't working either. They further rectified a prior installation problem that was left undone by other servicing. Not theirs by the way! They wanted to ensure we had no other issues before they left. And the quoted price did not change. This was their service! The level of service they provided was well above and beyond the norm. It was done promptly, reasonably,and perfectly. We now have heat! But the main reason for this review is the manner in which they presented themselves. They were very professional and knowledgeable, and, most important to us, we could see they operated in a very ethical, honest, friendly and caring fashion. Caring is a missing value in most servicing arenas of late, but this company more than made up for that with us. We would recommend them to you unhesitatingly and highly - and we are prudent in our recommendations! If you are in need of excellent furnace, heating, cooling or related services - do give them a call!

I know Curative Heating & Cooling for the last 12 years. Recently they installed Bradford White Gas Water Heater at my home and is functioning extremely well. They have provided service on occasions when needed and their responses have been timely and efficient. Very prompt on time, professional people. They knew what they were doing. Fixed my Air Conditioner and Furnace. Furnace had a complicated motherboard problem and no cooling from A.C. They came within 2 hours timeframe. Overall, a quality work performed. I am happy from their work and style of business. Will recommend Curative to the people in my circle.
