I bought a house from pacesetter and since I moved to this house I have so many issues and I called many time to pacestter , they don't answer the phone I email to them but nobody seems to bother about it . After 8 months somebody came to do the jobs hopefully everything will be done, but the biggest issue is my main floor washroom when ever have shower it full with steam and water start running from walls , it's been like this since last 3,4 months . Star macnical came and went ,because fan running ok, their job is done if I have damp in my house that's not there problem. My front door I paid 4000$ I have to struggle to open and lock.. I wish there is return policy then I would return this house to pacesetter. I wouldn't recommend pacesetter to anybody...
