I thought it was a great idea to include the landscape project with the mortgage/purchase of the house as it will save us time to do the paperworks/legwork on accomplishing the project. However, little did we know that that's the biggest mistake we ever made. We moved into the house last January 2013, and it's already the end of summer of August 2017 and we still didn't have the artificial grass in our front lawn done. They keep on giving us false reassurances that they will come and finish the project and it had been 4 years already. There had been minor flaws in how the house was constructed and were accomplished within the warranty period. It was the landscape that bothered me a lot because we chose to have the artificial grass in the front lawn as I won't be able to keep a healthy looking grass through out the season. I'm tired of taking out the weeds and my neighbors are already complaining at how our landscape wasn't done yet, and they were already blaiming us for the weeds are creeping into their lawn. I have missed two years of not going for a vacation for they keeping on promising us that they will come, and yet no one showed up. I am just wondering if the company just give us back the money intended for completing the artificial grass and we will just find someone else to do it for us.

I've touched base with my Seasonal department regarding your concerns to get some background information. It sounds like many of the delays you have experienced have been due to direct communication between yourself and the landscaping company related to decisions surrounding upgrades etc. With that said, we'd like to apologize that our Seasonal department was not more heavily involved in supervising this communication and ensuring that a decision had been reached within an acceptable time period.
