We bought our quick possession home from Billie 4 months ago. She is a great person to work with as well as her sales assistants namely Elina and Adriana. Billie helped us in buying our first home, walked us through the process and helped us with so many of our requests. :) Even she is on holidays, she would always reply as best as she could just to answer our queries and requests. She also gave us a very "beautiful" welcome gift. Her team is such a pleasure to work with to. Every time we want to take a peek of our home, they would always bring us there and answer so many questions that we had.

For the house itself, we had some issues encountered like the drafty doors on the front and deck entry, doors not even, insulation in the basement, small cracks on the driveway, etc. But since this is a new home, it takes a year to actually see the stability of the house. Every time we see some issues, we let Mason know and he is very quick to respond. A representative from Pacesetter, Crystal, went over our home after the 3-month period and she was very pleasant to deal with. We addressed all our issues and she said that they will fix them. Right now we haven't heard from them yet as they are busy but I know sooner or later, we'll get all our issues fixed.

The only thing I regret about our house now is how small the yard is. We bought our home in winter time so we didn't really see the actual size of the yard.

Overall, Pacesetter is great. I just hope that all our issues will get fixed. Every builder's reputation is solely based on customer satisfaction so hopefully we'll hear from them soon.
