Poorly built home, even worse Customer Service. Abusive
We bought a brand new house (2014) and have observed multiple problems (When putting up Christmas lights there was a giant hole in the roof, for example). Getting someone to come out to have a look was a nightmare, we often had to get a 3rd party repair man to fix the multiple problems. Pacesetter refused to support in any way, despite their "warranty".
Now my family and I have a black mold problem, which he tried to address in 2016. We sent multiple pictures, details, requests for support, but were ignored. Now in 2019 we're seeking guidance and the "Support worker" was not only rude, belittling, and short with me, she was also not helpful at all. Basically telling me to figure it out, even though I have many documents and pictures from requesting services in 2016.
I could go on, for example our hardwood cracked and there was a huge hole in our kitchen about a month into purchasing.
The worker who came to fix it almost laughed the whole time at how poorly the house was built.
