Great service! Shane (sp?) arrived only hours after placing the call on a Sunday! He was quick, courteous and knowledgeable. Sadly, our induction cooktop was too expensive to repair, so we had him back a week later to install the replacement. He was very professional, and even provided detailed cleaning instructions. Highly recommended!

I have called 3 companies in the last 6 months attempt to repair a problem with my refrigerator, it would work for a few days and the problem keeps coming back. I called Care Appliance Service in December, they were able to fix the the root cause of the problem and they were able to fix it permanently with one visit. My washer is a bit older, but I really like it and would prefer to keep it because it is bigger capacity than most new washer out there. Again, 2 from other company came to diagnose my washer, both told me that I should just buy a new one. Once again, Care Appliance Service was able to fix the existing part and brought my washer back to full efficiency. I have not had any problems since the repair, and they even offered a 30 day warranty for the repairs. I am so happy with their service, they gave me options and they were helpful in giving me advice that is cost effective and amazing phone support. I cannot say enough good things about this company. I highly recommend them.

I had the most amazing experience with this company. The technicians were so helpful and was able to fix my dryer at the cost lower than the two companies that came before them. They were very professional, even helpful when I had to call for support over the phone on how I can make may machine work better. I cannot say enough good things about them. They fix my glass cooktop stove switch fast and reliable service I recommend this company ,even they give me credit on part I purchased before but it wasn't the problem

Care Appliance Service went above and beyond my expectations. My previous machine broke and when I called them for repair, I was told the parts alone were going to be too pricy as my machine was old, they even offer to help me choose a new good product. I went and chose a few models that I liked and were within my budget and they suggested what will the best option be.
Of course, I didn't hesitate to call them for installation which went smooth and clean. Once finished, I got a quick 101 on how to use it.
I must say, I was very impressed with the service provided, I've never had a technician perform their job as if it was doing for himself.
