For my experiences on 06 June 2021. I am very satisfied with the customer service from the Edmonton Department of the RepairCare.
First by asking for quotes for the repair on the website. Email and phone called followed on the next day. The Client Relations Manager (Tarah) is on the phone to confirm the appointment to have a technician come on the followed next day in the afternoon.
Unfortunately, once the technician could not repair the GE washing machine base on his diagnose that the drum is broken and detached.
He gives suggestions it would cost more for the repairs with a new pair of the drum and it would be cost-effective to purchase a new washing machine and don't buy the same washing machine because it has broken a lot (GE Washing Machine).
The technician billed me on-site using a secured Moneris integration with his cell phone. The company accepts Visa or Mastercard. NO cash and follow the email of the invoice.
This company is fair, professional, and ethical at all times. They sometimes go above and beyond whenever they can like suggestions and following up with a phone call once the job is completed.
They make me feel that they care about their customer's service and the quality of their work by giving me a phone call follow-up with an additional email.
I would recommend this company and I will be using them again in the future related to appliance repair services.
