Unfortunately, due to your time restraint you were unable to be physically present at the time of pick up. You had elected someone in lieu of your presence to be on site while your household goods were loaded into our moving truck. You had invited us to pack up the electronics with our own packing materials since these items were unpacked for transporting. This was also pre-requested by you. In which we did. The individual that you awarded to be present in lieu of your absence sorted out what the movers are to take and leave behind, hence the increase in the final weight. She didn’t want any of the items that we not part of the property to be left behind.
As previously suggested – you are welcome to follow up with that individual directly. This has no reflection on how our services were performed.
You have been offered and have graciously accepted our discounts in compensation for your experience. On top of our discounts – we processed a 1 time customer service monetary reimbursement, shared with you 'POST-MOVE' in which you happily received.
I want to use this opportunity to tell you that Move Me Again Transportation believe we have completed the service successfully as per your contract agreement.
