First Responders Inc. showed his personality and product expertise to the three other bidders. I had not yet spoken up when I saw a dent on one of the garage door panels during the installation. He made arrangements to have the panel replaced after noticing the dent without my knowledge. This company was able to replace the panel the next day because it was in stock. well-managed business. Thank you.

I would give them 10 stars for their service. They are very professional. We have used their service for the last 2 years now. We have used their service for the last 2 years now. We have got the garage door serviced, installed insulation at the bottom, installed exterior remote entry as well as got the door fixed after it got stuck. Would keep using their service and recommend them as well.

Horrible service. After 2 days the garage door came off its tracks and never worked. Called company and has been avoiding my calls for days. NEVER use people like this who take your hard earned money.

Do not call this company. Its a trap. He got my money and didnt come back to finish the work never pick up the calls .

Zack wont return my calls or texts. He said he would be back to put the trim around my garage doors, which I paid for. Keeps saying he has to get ahold of the technician. This was 4 months ago. My daughter calls now and he tells her that same thing. He left the plastic on in between the garage door panels which cant be removed now. I paid for work not completed- and he wont respond. Avoid this company at all costs.
