Here is a surprise: A glossy presentation from a smooth talking salesman, and a very (less than) matt result. That simply means that we ended up with a result that was worth less than charged.
It took two complete months and a lot of aggravation to get the job of kitchen cabinets resurfacing done. In addition, how about having to argue (almost violently) with the owner; who demanded full payment for an error filled and INCOMPLETE job.
If you do not want a lot of aggravation, bad workmanship, etc., etc. avoid this company. Many companies do the same work. I had since contacted some of them.
We are thankful to now be rid of them. A hard lesson learned.

You may be wondering why I have given Platinum Pro Painters (PPP) a 5/10. And believe me, I am just as puzzled. This project started out great. Todd was so kind, helpful and responsive. A couple of staffing challenges at PPP set the work in our kitchen back a couple of days. I was a bit frustrated that Todd was not able to find a sub to complete my job as scheduled, but I ultimately forgave this. On the day of the cabinet spraying, everything was running smoothly until I realized that the paint was not dry in time for the cabinet door installation. Even our sprayer was aware of this, but said we had to install the cabinets anyway since we had only been scheduled as a 1 day job. As expected, the cabinet install smudged and scratched the paint off in half a dozen spots, including one area about the size of a toonie that is very visible in my living room. I called Todd during the job and told him about the challenges and setbacks. He said it would be no problem to come back and touch up the problem areas. I said I would pay 70% for work to that point and the remaining 30% when PPP came back to complete the job. That was on March 8. Todd's office made 1 attempt to contact me about 2 weeks later. I missed the call and therefore the window of opportunity that was offered for the touch ups that day. I texted and emailed Todd after this apologizing for the missed call and attempting to schedule another touch up date. It has now been over 2 months. I have emailed Todd a few times and texted him with no response. My project is still not complete. Needless to say I am very disappointed in how this situation has played out and am now left to figure out how to touch up my cabinets on my own.

We had this work done the week before Christmas in 2015. My husband and I were very pleased with the work done in our home by Platinum Pro Painters. They were very reliable and the work was high quality. The walls in the bedroom were quite uneven where patch work had been done previously and they made it all disappear! Also, they returned to add an extra coat to the window trim (it had been newly installed and the wood soaked up the first two coats!). We were also very impressed with their work with the high ceilings in the sitting room. The team was very professional and the area was always clean at the end of the day. We are looking forward to having them come in this year to paint the dining room, living room, and kitchen! Thanks, Dave and crew!

Absolutely refreshing to have dealt with this company. With unstable weather, we were given updates on when they could start painting. They addressed all our concerns and aspects of the job and always asked for our approval before proceeding. Our 9 pairs of shutters were removed, taken to their shop for cleaning and re-installed the next day, to ensure they were not rained on while being painted. All the surfaces were nicely prepped resulting in a beautiful, smooth paint job. This is the best experience we have had with any contractor we have ever used. We will be calling them again when we have the interior of our house redone, and would recommend them highly to anyone else in a heartbeat.

We wanted to get window frames, sidings and some attic inserts painted as they had deteriorated over time. When we contacted Dave, he came right away to look at the project and provided a clear work plan, timing for the work and reasonable cost. Dave took care of all the details, kept us informed of weather related changes to the schedule and completed the project on-time and on-budget and did not leave any mess. The only thing that Platinum Pro Painter left behind was an awesome completed paint job. We felt very comfortable dealing with Dave and will use him again in the future and recommend him and his Company without reservations.

The job started on time and proceeded very smoothly. The contractor & crew were very professional and good to deal with. Great quality work. Very neat job. Thorough clean up after job done.

Checked out this and other sites and hired these guys without getting numerous quotes. Work done was professional, done with no muss, no fuss. Will definitely be using them again. Highly recommend them.
