Tile Mart

Dont walk away RUN from this company. Very unprofessional and not good installers. The job has not been completed. Workers slithered away and when I phones the owner he said he would send the workers back. Young fellow came with no tools. Part of the package was to reinstall moldings. The worst job you have ever seen. Pieces missing, gaps, corners are terrible. Beside the fireplace was a disaster. My walks are dirty and marked. Dings in the paint . In the laundry room the floor wasnt even extended under the louvered doors. Big gap this side of the door and you can see lino. Went back into the store around June 24. Owner said he would phone me on Wednesday June 26. Now July 11 and no word. Owner also said he was going to sue me. What a joke because this was paid in full before the job was even started. Run and run quickly . This store should not be in business when it treats customers this way and leaves the job unfinished

and it is an embarrassment. A Company like this should not be in business

Had their guy come over and measure job. He told the store owner how much material we needed and cost to install.
Install was 900.00. However, when installer came to do fireplace, he was short material, and when I went to tile mart langley to pick up up material, guy sold me 3 boxes and charged an additional 500.00 for install.
They already new the size of job, it didn't change. But when I needed more material, he said I had to pay more for install. They new from the beginning the size of the job.
Store owner also says to me, this job would cost you 2500.00 anywhere else. What does that mean? I should be happy you're only overcharging 500.00?
If you buy material there be careful. But don't get them to install it. I would not recommend this store, or any tile mart store to anyone.

Terrible customer service. They told me they would refund me if I had remaining tile but when I went back to return the tile they refused. I would NEVER do business with them again. TERRIBLE

Bought glass tiles for Kitchen backsplash ans have them installed impressed by the professional service crew took care of my countertop covered it before they start the installation.will definately go back for my washroom reno righly recommended.

Awesome experience at tilemart. They were super helpful, great prices, and good options. They were the only tile store that had exactly what I was looking for and were able to do it with best coustomer services. Would definitely recommend

I needed few things done at my home and had 4 different companies came to home and got estimates. they all asked us to go to so many different supplies to select products and that made us confused, we were ready to postpone the renovation then someone from out of town recommend Tilemart, I was little hesitant to to tile store for full renovation but my wife convinced me, OMG what a selection first day we spend over three hrs in store and narrow down whole house flooring, cabinet ,fireplace and countertop. Jas gave us lots of samples and setup follow up appointment at the our home. Jas came to our home went through what we needed. They finished everything in 8 weeks with almost half what we were to paying other companies and with minimum botheration. I will highly recommend Tilemart not only for money you save but getting everything at one place

they were friendly and nice enough when they wanted me to purchase their products.

They made all these claims of an excellent warranty. Well once they made their delivery everything changed.

1. They forgot to delivery half my order. They never phoned me, I had to email them three times with no reply to inquire about the missing products I paid for. When I went to the store Jas stated he email me about it. There was no such email, that was a untruth. I had to pick up the remainder even thou I paid for delivery.

2. Many tiles were chipped, and scratched, and the marble piece I bought was cracked in half and crazy glued back together. Their response was basically not our problem, and refused to honour the warrant, and or even exchange items for undamaged products.

3. They were rude, disrespectful and dismissive, and even uncooperative once they have your money. Dont walk away from this business, run, its not worth trying to save a few bucks for the time and stress it will cause you.

Chose sample tile. Placed deposit on it. . Went to pick it up, THEY SOLD IT! Said they didn't know if I wanted it! Would I have put a $500.00 deposit on something I didn't want?? Did they call ? Ordered it again. Wrong product came in. They said that this is what I wanted. I think I know the color I want, wrong color! Said cant have my money back!! DON'T SHOP HERE IF YOU WANT HONESTY AND GOOD SERVICE!
