Our project involved the removal and replacement of a 60 year old laundry tub, faucets, as well as the old plumbing. Andrew also repaired a 20 year old tub and shower temperature control. In both cases Andrew arrived promptly, provided accurate estimates and performed his work in a friendly and professional manner. We highly recommend this company.

Thanks to Daniel and team for doing a thorough job replacing the 60+ year old clay sewer line. We had roots every 3 feet where the clay pipes joined.

Pristine gave a quote along with pictures of the scoping of the sewer line to the sewer line replacement along the way.

Initial call due to backed up sewer line.
Due to a cancellation Pristine was able to come the same day as being called, cleared the blockage and inspected the sewer line with camera.
Found roots at each clay pipe joint and standing water at low points in pipe. Recommended replacement.
Set up date and time for replacement which was done on time and completed in two days.

Daniel (owner) was able to fit our schedule by coming right after our new stone countertops were installed in our kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The two technicians who came did an excellent job of installing the sinks we'd pre-purchased as well as piping the faucets into the holes provided by the stone counter-top makers. The day after, I had a couple of concerns and one thing I wanted changed. They were happy to return right away to address these items, saying it's their goal to make sure every customer is happy with the final results of their work. And I am.
