Sheremeta Custom Cabinets

Dave and his team recently built and installed a new kitchen island for us. We are very pleased with the quality of their workmanship in addition to how professional they were onsite during the installation. We would not hesitate to recommend this company to others.

We have very specific requirements for our office counters. We gave Dave a basic idea of what we needed, and he took care of the rest. Dave was very professional, our counters look great and they function in our office much better than expected. Dave and his partners definitely exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Sheremeta Custom Cabinets has done six projects for us. They have taken my somewhat vague ideas and have designed, created and installed the most functional furniture. From a solid bamboo counter to a wine cellar, we have been impressed with every piece. I have recommended Sheremeta to many friends and family and will continue to do so. We are firm believers in supporting local companies and Dave and the Sheremeta team will not disappoint.

I engaged David, the owner of Sheremeta Custom Cabinets, to work on three woodworking jobs in my home (three separate rooms). We agreed on a price of 10,000 dollars for all three. He had a designer, he suggested, draw up plans for the family room fireplace/entertainment wall. I was charged 250 dollars for the drawings. I was asked for and provided a $5,000.00 cash deposit so work could commence.

On the first day of actually installing cabinets, David arrived at my home with 4, 2 and a half x 1 foot cabinets as opposed to 2, 5 x 1 foot cabinets. The size he produced were not going to work for my, already purchased, home entertainment system that was taken into consideration when the drawings were created and agreed upon. David refused to change the cabinets. I suggested, before we go any further and David do anymore work, we terminate our working relationship. David agreed but kept the entire deposit and has never returned any of it.

I offered to pay for the drawings, as they were the only thing completed. I requested by phone, text, email and by way of a lawyer that $4750 be returned but David has flatly refused.

I would NEVER recommend this company.
