The person I spoke to on the phone was courteous and asked me for some information, like the brand of the boiler (I have a Lennox) and the type of issue (I was having a leaking). He told me he’d contact the technician to ask him if he could come on that same day. I was called back from the technicians himself who said that he had an idea about what could cause the problem and he’d come during the afternoon. He arrived on time and fixed the leaking with professionalism and efficiency (the leaks came from the pressure valve and he fixed it). He was clean, precise and quick.
