Great work and prompt service. Problem solve in alsome time. Had problems with racoons in attic and this company was there in a couple hours and took charge of problem and things are corrected now. Thanks to this company.

On 3 different occasions wildlife solutions provided prompt professional services in the removal of 5 raccoons. I highly recommend Nate. He came at all hours to humanely remove the animals

I hired Nate for pest control (mice) and he arrived, did some work but said he was missing a few things, etc. so had to come back another time. No big deal. Then he needed to take out a few boards in my deck to get to the side of my house. He left them unsecured when he left but said he would be back to return my deck to the original condition it was in. After weeks, I called him and texted him but no response. Months went by. No response. Spring came and I sent him a reminder that he needed to finis and now snow was melting so it was a good time. No response. I then found mice droppings in my kitchen and he had told me that verbally and by text, that I have a three year warranty. It has been over a year and he is not returning my calls or texts in any meaningful way, but to promise to come 'next week'. He has been paid in full, so of course he is not going to return. I don't recommend him for pest control. Go elsewhere!!

We had a wasp nest in our siding near the back porch & we were concerned as one family member got stung and another is allergic. I called OWLS on a Sunday evening around 7:45 and Nate picked up the phone. I was expecting an answering machine , but he said he was finishing a job and after hearing my story said he'd be there in 45 minutes. I was so surprised and happy and told him I was leaving messages at another pest control company but no one was responding. Nate was right on time with his partner and took care of our wasp invaders right away. He was super pleasant, very down to earth and professional. Totally awesome in my books. My husband banged on outside wall to make sure all wasps gone and they were. I said I will call him for a reoccurring mouse problem due to my phobia. I give 10 out of 10 .Great job guys

Local animal control (who do not deal with wildlife) recommended OWLS> A juvenile raccoon had been lodged high in a tree in our backyard for three days and nights and attempts to lure it down with food on the ground had failed.
OWLS arrived promptly, used a ladder to get a better view of the poor guy through the tree canopy and after studying it concluded a)it had likely been poisoned b) was on the brink of death. They advised leaving nestled in peace in a triangle of limbs until it passed (within 24 hours) and offered to come back and remove the corpse. Compassionate, caring men: highly recommended.

At first I thought Nate was going to be great. Every single Homestars review was great. He promised to get rid of the animals in our walls and deliver a three-year guarantee they wouldn't return. I liked him so much I paid an extra $400 to get the ants removed from our home... So, after a total of $1100 the animals in the walls are still here, keeping us up at night. He refuses to answer my texts, he finally returned about three months after the initial work and dozens of texts pleading for help... It was about 10pm. He felt he found where the squirrels were getting in from and installed a one way door and told me to let him know how it went. No improvement whatsoever. No response to my texts. I've waited to write this review because I hate to hurt someone's business but I have no choice. In fact, tomorrow I'm calling a different company to get the animals out. This 3-year guarantee is meaningless. Why not make it a lifetime guarantee? It doesn't matter. My kids can't sleep because of the loud scraping noises at bedtime. We're waking up at all hours and worry about what damage is happening in the walls. He did the work in JULY. I do not recommend OWLS for pest control. Go elsewhere.

I highly recommend Ontario Wild Life Solutions (OWLS)! Nate was very professional, kind, humane, very experienced and knowledgeable. He was very quick to come over and remove raccoons from my garage very safely and humanely. The raccoons had chewed 3 big holes in the roof of my garage that Nate also patched up very nicely. He was quick and efficient and although it was on a Friday evening he still came to help me when 3 other companies I had phoned prior to him did not want to. Thank you Nate for your awesome customer service!

Nate got rid of our carpenter ants completely with ONE very careful and thorough application. Previously he got rid of bed bugs completely in our tenant's apartment again with ONE very careful application. It's very rare in the pest control industry to find someone like Nate who takes the time required to get rid of insect problems completely with the first application. Nate sets very high standards for himself and he's committed to giving 110% of himself to every job he does in order to help his clients. I HIGHLY recommend this company.

I strongly suggest to use Nate for any pest issues. This guy knows what he is doing when many people in the industry do not! He came in a timely manner and saved my sanity. I had serious wasp issue in my new home and it was getting really bad. Nate came the very next day and made the WASPS disappear. He also took the time to check other areas on my house and suggested great solutions for bug issues. Nate will be the only person that I will be using for all my exterminator needs. CALL THIS GUY!!!!!!!!!
