I contacted Nate last year after finding mouse signs in the house, and after having trapped, but not completely killed, several mice. Nate and his expertise and knowledge got the job done. Upon doing renos I uncovered I had carpenter ants in my house. With my baby dew anytime now and my pregnant wife. We wanted to hire some one who can handle the problem and do it in a timely fashion. Nate is a machine, he got the job done, and did it afford ably. On one income and a baby on iots way, this is important. Nate didn't cut any corners, explained all the products he was using and help me understand what he was doing. It was a real pleasure dealing with him and would refer and have referred him to others.

I noticed a squirrel was trying to make a home in my air vent. I tried to get rid of him on my own but the cheeky squirrel kept coming back...I knew I needed help but I was worried about the cost. I called Nate and he was over within hours. He took care of business! He removed the nest, vacuumed, sanitized and installed a one-way door. It turned out, there were 8 squirrels in there not one! I am so glad I called Nate and he took care of my problem when he did. I was worried about the cost but could you imagine if ignored this any further, now that would have been costly. I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Nate from OWL. After making numerous phone calls to other companies who all said they could not help me with my bug problem for at least another 2 weeks, I found OWL. Nate was very knowledgeable, professional and compassionate. He gave me his word he would be at my house that evening for an inspection and he was. He kindly answered all my questions and explained how he would proceed to resolve my problem. He left no stone unturned and did a fantastic job. I would definitely recommend him! I never had a problem with carpenter ants my whole life! But after moving in to a condo with water damage around the master bedroom window I started to notice maybe one or two ants in the master bedroom and only the master bedroom every so often but I never thought it would be a problem. But after six months or so I would start seeing a few every day. I called the Condo corporation who then called Nate at OWLS who then came over and did a very thorough inspection and he confirmed with a infrared camera showing the water damage that they were coming in through from the window frame repair that was done to the window . After approval by the condo owner Nate came back and sprayed in the walls and all the little nook and crannies and for a long while the ants did not show up. A couple months later I noticed a couple ants that were dead or dying in the bedroom. So I called Nate and he came over without hesitation and he checked out the bedroom once again and also outside the condo near the stairwell which he noticed a small hole which he sprayed and since then no ants. Fingers crossed. Just wanted to add that Nate and the whole OWLS company is very thorough and a real gentleman and you can be assured that your pest problem will be resolved.

I called OWLS to remove a skunk living under the shed in my back yard. They came, they saw, they removed the skunk. Fast, efficient, affordable, courteous, and highly effective! If you need to remove a pest, call OWLS. Very satisfied customer, will recommend!

Nate from OWLS was great! He responded almost instantly to my inquiry and was able to accommodate an appointment for us very quickly. He walked me through the whole process and gave me a lot of information. Nate is obviously very knowledgeable and passionate. He eradicated a nasty colony of carpenter ants for us, and we are so pleased to see them gone! Many thanks to OWLS and Nate!

I just want to give a big thank you to Nate from Ontario WildLife Solutions for helping us remove a racoon from our balcony! My wife was so scared when she went out on the balcony today (Sunday) so we immediately called Ontario Wildlife Solutions based on the wonderful and positive reviews. We wanted someone that would not harm the animal and Nate is your go to person! He was at our house within minutes. I have never seen such great service like this before. Nate is a good hearted person and I strongly recommend OWLS. If I could give one more star I would!!! I contacted OWLS to help me with a squirrel issue and to cover some vents. I talked to Nate the owner and he was awesome. Not only did he show up on a Sunday afternoon (and then came back Sunday evening) but went above and beyond any of my expectations. Nate came with his brother in law and what a great team! They took care of the squirrel issue and then we're able to help me rodent proof my entire house. Nate was very knowledgable, courteous, competent and understanding. He explained everything to me.
