BDP empress company is a very unreliable company. They do not finish the job promptly or on time and asks for most of the money up front and then never finishes the work.
The woman who runs this company is NOT knowledgeable , incompetent, and NEVER answers her phone. She did not provide official legitimate receipts and did not even bring the proper tools to do the job. Once this person gets the job she bosses the customers around and in our case left the work unfinished and did not return for days leaving our house in a state of disarray and left our landing in a very unsafe state. This woman is VERY unprofessional and is a con-artist. Do NOT hire this company - you will regret it! This company has also gone by other names such as Hollywood Floors and also BDP Floors, Trims & Stairs .
We lost $2400 and our materials that we paid for were never given to us.
