I bought a property in cottage in Collingwood that was in a conservation area. Amir and Shirin at Square Vis got the approvals from the town quickly and took care of all the communications with the city. It was stress free. The plan is to building an addition above the main floor and renovated full interior. We also started working on another project in the neighborhood with them. My friend reccommend Square Vis to me because he had a great experience and I'm also recommending Square Vis to my friends that are building.

We had an old bungalow home in Gwillimbury that we were looking to either build an addition or do a complete new build. Square Vis and their team helped us decide that a new build would give us the home we are looking to build and it would be easier and cheaper than building an addition with an extesion. We are working on the design with them and are having a great experince thus far.

We Hired Square Vis to come in and do a fully replan of the main floor layout. They created a beautiful layout that we would of never been able to think of and helped us hire a professional contractor. We sold our house after our renovation and would definitely work with them again on another project.
