Excellent cleaning. There were a few spots missed like not moving furniture to clean behind or under. They didn’t use wood cleaners to wipe down the wood so there were streaks left. However, the reason I’m giving them 10/10 is because when I brought them up to the cleaner’s attention ( I only noticed once they left), she took responsibility right away, apologized and let me know she wants me 100% satisfied and will strive to do so next time around. Honest and friendly.
