I had a tricky dryer vent that needed replacing. Pat was extremely professional, courteous, and knowledgable in letting me know what was involved. Replaced my old plastic cheap job with metal piping, done in about an hour, very quick and good workmanship. Now everything is up to code and we can sleep well. Thought I could "do it myself" but glad I didn't.
