They arrived exactly on time, were very careful to keep things clean, did a very thorough job and completely cleaned up afterwards, even replacing the furniture that needed to be moved for access to vents.
We have no hesitation at all in recommending them. Perhaps one of their other best features is that they don't have a barrage of call center folks calling endlessly to offer their services. They came to us on referral from a trusted HVAC company we have used on another property. Bytown Duct Cleaning is great!

Overall good cleaning of main ductwork, dryer vent with microbial application with a few minor issues due to a slight miscommunication on our expectations. The item related to some minor house cleaning after some dust and debris from the basement floor was noticed and not cleaned up by the technician. In our honest opinion the technician should have at least brought in a shop vac in case of any potential mess that can happen. This was quickly addressed and resolved. Miguel (Owner) additionally contacted me directly with what we were happy with and not happy with. This company has a great investment in their clients and it shows.

After 'googling' and reading Bytown's reviews, I decided to give them a try. I am so glad I did. Response to my enquiry (by Miguel) was very quick and professional. Service was performed less than one week after initial inquiry. Jacques and his colleague were very knowledgeable, shared info and responded to questions. Work was done efficiently and again, in a professional manner. I highly recommend these people to anyone who needs duct cleaning.

The team was professional, polite, efficient and took pride in the service they delivered. Miguel had an earlier opening and checked if we were interested in getting the work done sooner. They arrived early and vacuumed all registers, vents, and trunks. They showed us videos and as well as the trunks that they opened and resealed. Looking forward to clean air during the winter!

Thank you for the excellent cleaning of our dryer vent in August 2020. The vent was about 20' long, went through the ceiling of our garage and had accumulated a substantial quantity of lint from the dryer over many years. The technicians arrived on time, were very thorough in clearing the vent, and explained what they were doing throughout. The technicians were efficient, professional, and friendly. They were experienced and knew their job inside-out. They made recommendations on additional fixes we could make that they had noted in the course of their work.
There was a hiccup because the initial bill we received was higher than we had been told it would be - it charged for more vents than they had said they had counted - but we got it sorted out.
