I knew what I wanted from the beginning but was not to sure as to whether it would work or not. We spent a lot of time at the onset and based on my windows and the size it all worked out perfectly. I shared some photos with my family and they all had very very nice comments. Valerie is a very good listener and very patient..plus her own thoughts were much appreciated. We recently had a major house reno and new window coverings were needed. We found Cover Me on Homestars, and read through the reviews and services provided. They were exactly what we wanted full-service expertise and a large catalogue of options to choose from. We werent interested in doing it ourselves (and botching our newly renovated window frames) or a limited selection that retailers seemed to have.

The process was simple: It starts with an initial consultation to explain how we use the different rooms and what we needed the window coverings to do (eg privacy, sun blocking). Valerie provides suggestions, example photos and an estimate via email. We agree (note: we could have made adjustments at this point if it had been over budget for us) and she then visits our home with her massive swatchbooks. She goes room to room, holding up swatches for us to choose from against the wall colour and decor. She then takes measurements to generate a detailed quote, which we agreed to and provide a deposit for. The window coverings are ordered, her installer visits to take precise measurements and the window coverings get manufactured. A couple months later, the installer returns with the finished products and installs them swiftly and beautifully. Ta da!

Valerie knows her stuff and is generous with her knowledge and expertise. Her installer is incredibly fast and tidy. Our rollerblinds and zebra blinds are excellent quality and look handsome in our home. Cover Me is highly recommended by us!
