No More Rubbish Inc

I called for a quote. I was told to send a picture. Based on the picture, Thomas priced it $125, less the discount, $90. I followed up with an email confirming the timeframe, and the agreed upon price. Nobody corrected it. They showed up today, and loaded the junk as per the picture. They presented me with an invoice for over $200; apparently it had filled up 1/8th of the truck. If they had brought in a bigger truck it would have been less. Discussions followed with Thomas, and Vito, his manager. 20 minutes later I was getting nowhere, they were saying that I have to pay or else they would dump it back in the driveway, as per the instructions received. I told them I did nothing wrong, and they were robbing me. They said I didn't have a written contract, and the email did not matter. I called 911, and asked for police, and an ambulance since I was getting an anxiety attack. At that point they took $90, asked me to sign, and left without leaving a copy of the invoice. Please stay away from this company

I called for a quote to remove approx 55 boxes (majority which were empty and was told would be flattened), computer chair, mirror, ottoman and tall stand. When I was presented with the bill the bill was 7 times the price they quoted on the phone. The price was quoted as 125.00 less the discount of 30.00 plus taxes the bill presented to me was for 900.00 plus taxes. I was also told that the truck they sent was a 30 cubic sq foot truck which it definitely was not. I was in total shock as not once did they say it would be more than the quoted price nor did the even flattened the majority of the boxes. When presented with the bill I said to them that that was not what I was quoted on the phone and it was to much. At this point I had no choice as I would have to tell them to dump everything off the truck onto my driveway and I had to get my son to school. No copy of the invoice was given to me either. I called the office number within half an hour of the truck leaving to complain. When I called I got the same person who quoted me the amount and he went on to say that he is just the receptionist and I would have to send an email. Since then I have sent three emails and not one has been answered. I have called back everyday to try to get a name or number for customer service and I keep getting the run around. At one point he gave me a number for their Vancouver branch and someone by the name of Mitch did answer but explained he does not handle the Toronto office. When I called back the Toronto office to tell them this he basically said there is nothing else he could do as my credit card was charged and he has no number to give me as he is just the receptionist. Even after I explained that I would be calling my credit card company and going to social media he could care less. This company basically took advantage of me and my situation. They have zero accountability or respect for customer service.

Called for a quote to remove a bed chesterfield when they removed the chesterfield and presented with the bill the bill was double of the price they quoted on the phone. The price was quoted as 125.00 less the discount of 30.00 plus since I was the twelfth caller another 12.00 the bill presented to me was for 200.00 plus 50.00 for disposal
After a lot of argument the bill became 125.00 plus tax and no discount.
