Bathroom Faucet Replacement, Shut Off Valves Replacement, Shower and Bathroom Drains
I called John after seeing his reviews here on HomeStars. He answered quickly and politely; and we agreed on a date and time for him to come to replace an old leaky bathroom faucet, replace leaky/old shut off valves, and fix some shower/sink drains that were clogged up.
John was punctual and arrived on time (he texted me 10 min before he was arriving) and he did a great job overall. He is very knowledgeable, took time to answer all my questions, and did all the replacements and fixes professionally and carefully. He also made sure that everything was cleaned up, and he himself was very aware to keep his work clean (he wore gloves and shoe covers while working). When the work was completed, he took time to show me what he had done, answered further questions and showed me what the issues were.
This is the first time I have had to call a plumber to my house, and John made me feel very comfortable and confident in having him in my house to deal with my plumbing issues. Needless to say, John is a master plumber and I am happy to give him this review, refer him to friends/family who need plumbing services and call him again for future needs.
