John arrived with his associate at the promised time and set right to work diagnosing the problem with our sump pump drainage line. He confirmed my suspicion that the existing drainage pipe was run incorrectly, causing freezing of the line and pump burn out.
John quickly came up with a solution, made a supply run, and did the work as he had laid out. They did a quality job and left things clean and tidy upon completion. I now have the peace of mind that has eluded me over the past 4 years since the sump pump was first installed.
