John and Andre replaced my home's leaking shut off value (removing the gate valve and replacing it with a ball valve). They were highly professional, efficient, thorough, and definitely knew their stuff. They arrived as promised, completed the job quickly, cleaned up after, clearly explained what needed to be done, and charged what had been quoted. I would definitely call on them again and have already recommended them to others today! Thank you for providing such excellent service and expertise!

John provided a quote for the work based on photos of the piping to be replaced that I uploaded to Homestars, arrived ahead of the scheduled appointment time (calling first of course to be sure that was okay), completed the work efficiently and cleanly, and charged exactly the quoted amount.

John and his assistant were very knowledgeable and were able to quickly replace the faucet. They cleaned up after themselves, and were very tidy and neat. I always call them if I need a plumber!

My main water valve would not turn off and was leaking. A friend of mine recommended that I call Dima Plumbing. They arrived on time and replaced the valve quickly and efficiently. They definitely know their stuff. couldn’t be happier with their professionalism!

We had a toilet leak. They showed up when promised. They diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly and well. They did the little things that make a difference; silicone here, cut off the bolt there, tighten every valve in the unit. I would recommend them and already have to a neighbour.

Had an issue with my toilet leaking intermittently in my condo. Phoned John, described the issue and provided a video. Had an estimate the same day with a full breakdown on what he would do. Other plumbers only provided a range for their estimate, and so felt better going with Dima since I knew exactly what I would pay. They came the next day and made the repairs in 30 mins. I called several plumbers but found Dima Pluming being the most friendly , professional and helpful. I was also given a phone estimate for the work that included shutting off the main valve in my driveway and replacing an old sump pump. Because of the age of my house, turning off the main valve could have caused some major problems. I was provided with an option that worked out perfectly.
