Highly recommend Dima Plumbing. John and his son Andre were highly professional, knowledgeable and courteous and we are highly satisfied with their work. They repaired several very annoying water leaks and the cost was reasonable. Would definitely call Dima Plumbing again and will highly recommend the company to family, friends and clients.

John was responsive, courteous and professional. We needed two pipes leading to a bathroom replaced or repaired. John came, diagnosed the problem and fixed it within an hour and half. Cost was reasonable. I have already recommended him to neighbours.

John and his son were awesome, they fixed 3 leaking faucets and an issue with one of my toilets. They were both professional, efficient, honest, trustworthy and quick! They cleaned up all the messed after the work was done too. If you are looking for trustworthy professionals plumbers who know exactly what they are doing, look no further!

I'm completely satisfied with John's work. John and Andre came out to replace a broken faucet in my kitchen. They arrived with a nice new faucet and quickly installed it including doing a workaround that was needed. Before he was leaving, I asked John to look at my noisy toilet and he ended up quickly fixing that also, including providing a needed part from his truck. Both John and Andre are very pleasant and professional. Highly recommend.

Quick plumbing job
I had the pleasure of working with John and his apprentice earlier today. I had a burst pipe underneath my back deck that needed repair, I called him and he showed up 30 minutes later. The quote he provided was reasonable and the service was excellent. An absolute pleasure working with him and would have no problem calling him back for my next plumbing job.

John and his son Andre are true professionals from beginning to end! I would 100% recommend their services because they were on time, courteous, and immediately ready to work (shoe covers on, uniforms in check, and tool kits ready). We have renovated our entire house from top to bottom and have come across many different tradespeople but none have ever been as professional as Dima Plumbing. John is experienced and knowledgeable and it shows not just in his designation as Master Plumber, but also in his work. He told us exactly what he was going to do and how he was going to do it, which was greatly appreciated. We had bought an expensive shower head kit for replacement but John even helped us save money by telling us which parts we didn't need (for which we returned) and which parts to subsequently get instead which saved us over $100! Thanks John and Andre for your excellent work. We will definitely be contacting you again.

My kitchen drain was clogged and every time we wash dishes the water will back up to our sink in the basement. Checked with homestar and found Dima Plumbing with very good rating, sent a message to John and get a reply shortly after. Later John and Andrew came, they were clean and professional and snaked the drain in no time, he also replaced two corroded sink baskets, whole set of cracked pipe and installed a valve which prevent future back flow to the sink in basement. Andrew even taught us what maintenance to do to prevent future clog. We are very happy with the excellent service Dima provided and would recommend them to anyone who needed plumbing service. I would also like to praise Homestar for providing such a good platform for us to choose the best contractor.

p.s. John is truly an angel sent by God to save us, last night our main sewer pipe was clogged and dirty water backed up from the basement drainage to the basement. Sent a text to John for help at 11:15 pm, I received a reply at 6:20 am and they come next day early in the morning to snake the main pipe. Who can do that? Only a professional with passion and heart to their clients can. No word can express our appreciation to John and Andrew. I can only say THANK YOU.

John Dima did a fantastic job replacing three leaky faucets in our house, installing water shut-off valves, and inspecting a number of other issues we had. He gave me great advice about our leaky shower faucets and slowly-draining toilet, and saved me a ton of money with his honesty and expertise. Thank you John!

John and his son upgraded the 40 year old 1/2" copper pipes to 3/4" in my basement and replaced the laundry faucets and hot water heater shutoff valve. John is a master plumber and his work shows it.

John fixed a number of plumbing problems around our house last week: repaired shutoff and pipe to outdoor faucet, installed new bathroom sink and faucet, installed new kitchen faucet and replaced incorrect drain. He gave a fair estimate for each repair before beginning work, and explained what needed to be done. At the end of his work, John walked me through everything he had done. His work space was immaculate when he left. John obviously takes pride in his work and we will certainly call him in again.
